Three Frogs and a Baby

Wow, Sis and I have not added any new blogs in a while.  We have been busy with... whatever.  In the spirit of catching up, please enjoy the photos below of What I Did NOT buy.....

No these are not Chippendale Frogs dancing on a pole.  They are actually a frog band.   I'm pretty sure they are playing Tejano.  I'm sure they can really get down.

 I did not buy those frogs.

Next up, Clint Clock. This was an almost purchase.  He almost made my day.

 Now, this just grosses me out.  I REALLY do not like clowns. She seems pretty cool and all in her rollerblades and glasses but ewwwwwww.    I just don't get them at all.  C R EEEE PY.

I'm not sure what this figurine is but you can count on seeing some fugly figurines at thrift stores.  Honestly, why donate this crap, except that then I would not have anything to post on my blog.  (keep donating, keep donating).

 Who knew that cows could kick-ass at karate?  I did not buy this today, but I thought about it.

 I love to buy old photos and you see plenty of lonely family photos at flea markets and thrift stores.  The wedding photos always break my heart.

It's a nice day for a white wedding.

Sadly, I'm sure some a-hole broke her heart.

On that note, time for some thrift store smut art.

I love thrift store art.  There are so many pieces that just put a smile on my face and this was one of them. Whoa Bettie never looked so good.

If you saw Gitsy's last post of the Southern Belle Zombi Lamp she did not buy , you may be surprised to see that I found her western cousin the crocheted western Zombie.

Her regalia includes a fully fringed western dress and hat.

 

And a few aisles down we found her husband the the Native American chief Crochet-a-lot.

I had no problem passing up this hard kneeling denim jumper with white sneakers. WTH??? There are no words to describe the confusion in my brain trying to figure out what this is used for. It is very heavy. Garden planter? EPIC FAIL!

Deerly Beloved

I had to pass on this baby today even if he is a boyscout.

Tempting though.

I hold onto a lot of things, but if there is anything I would gladly get rid of, it's Catholic Guilt. I do not need a vessel to store it. I did not buy this today.

If you happen to come across a tool that sucks Catholic Guilt out of your heart and head and vaporizes it, please let me know ASAP.

Eyebrow raising t-shirt

I did a double-take when I saw this t-shirt. I did NOT buy it today, however, because momma taught me not to brag. ;-)
